Eid'ul Adha 2009

Muslims celebrate the festival of Eid'ul Adha with lot of enthusiasm, enjoying each and every moment in Kuala Lumpur November 28, 2009. The animal is forfeited and then the meat of the slaughtered animal is distribute among the neighbors, friends, family and poor people. It is believed that the meat of the sacrificed animal must be distributed in equal parts among neighbors and friends, family members and poor people. Muslims greet each other with well wishes for the festival along with the meat of the slaughtered animal. Muslims spend time with their near and dear ones to spread love and happiness all around. Anti ISA Protest 010809

Thousands of people have demonstrated in Kuala Lumpur, against a controversial Internal Security Acts, which is allowing detention without trial, August 1,2009.Police used tear gas and water cannons to disperse the protesters at several main roads for hours.The protesters had planned to march to the national palace to submit a petition to the king denouncing the Internal Security Act.
